Best Western Dos Rios

This property totally exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One thing I loved was that the towels were super soft. So many properties these days have crunchy towels. We traveled with a small dog and there was a lovely grassy area with a picnic table and dog poop station equipped with bags just outside our room. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the pool as it was cool and windy but the pool area looked very clean.

Night front desk clerk did not have a good working knowledge of the room locations. We kept being told we could park in front of our room, which was not the case. You do not have enough handicap spots. The general population is now considered senior, and this needs to be honored and acknowledged.

It was comfortable and clean

Breakfast was wonderful. I really enjoyed the suite the bedroom room was very nice for privacy. Went for a late night swim pool closes at 11pm.

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the breakfast attendant was very friendly! Overall, a great place to stay.
